A climate control system (A/C and heating) is available to ensure your comfort during your appointment.

- No deposit required.
- Full payment is due at the beginning of your appointment.
- Cash only. No other payment methods are accepted.
- No refunds.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations will result in a 99% charge to the card on file, and you will be blocked from future bookings.
- No call/no show or failure to cancel 48+ hours in advance will also lead to a 99% charge and blocking.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full amount will be charged.
- Please call or text 📞 254-345-1129 if you need to reschedule.
- Please book the correct style. Each style varies in duration and required preparation.
- Once booked, services cannot be changed.
- All appointments include a 15-minute break at 3:00 PM (for school pickup).
- I am the only braider. If you are in a rush or impatient, I may not be the right fit. I prioritize quality over speed.
- Available by request only, subject to a $150 additional fee.
- Must be approved in advance.
- Hair must be clean, fully blow-dried, and product-free (no oils, leave-ins, or conditioners).
- Do not trim your hair prior to the appointment.
- If your hair is 2–3 inches, you must book a small-size style. Medium sizes are not suitable.
- For knotless braids, your hair must be at least 4 inches long throughout. Only small-size is accepted.

- Thick hair: +$20
- Hair longer than shoulder-length: +$20
- The exact address will be sent in your booking confirmation email. You must submit a clear photo of your natural hair prior to your appointment. If your hair does not meet the required condition and you arrive unprepared, your appointment may be canceled and you will be charged 99% of the service fee.
- Hot water will be used to seal braids.
- Please be in a good mood — I love creating a relaxed and friendly environment.
- I kindly ask that you come alone — no children or extra guests are allowed.
- I expect respectful communication and a willingness to follow instructions throughout the process.
